My challenge to you

There is an unlimited supply of writers in the world. Not everyone is talented, however, there is a high potential of creating something amazing. I would like to create a series of short stories. The first couple of sentences will be written by yours truly. However, the continuation will be written by you the readers.

4 sentences will be chosen for the following line and the audience will vote for the best sentence.

For example:

(this part will be written by me) It was a cold and stormy night...

The following 4 sentences will be written by other writers who would like to participate in the story.

1. ,and the dog continued to pace back and forth across the room.

2. ,but no one seemed to mind or even notice.

3. ,and my aunt Jemima was cooking up some pancakes in the kitchen.

4. ,but he left the house anyway.

One of the sentences will be chosen through a vote. The story will continue until it loses popularity or the length becomes too long.
